The windows themselves were totally fine, no real complaints there. But wow, the scheduling was a mini disaster. They gave me a time, then changed it, and then the crew still showed up later than what I was told. I had to rearrange my work stuff twice, which turned my day into way more of a circus than it needed to be. When I called, nobody seemed to really know what was going on, so that just added to the chaos. Not the worst company on earth or anything, but the scheduling drama made the whole experience way more stressful than it should’ve been.

I got a few quotes before deciding, pella wasn’t the lowest. I did have that little moment of, “Am I spending too much here?” But once the windows were in, it made more sense. They feel really solid, and the installation was smooth without any hassle. For the quality, the price ended up feeling fair. I’m happy with how it all turned out.

The sales guy was really easy to talk to and answered all my questions without making me feel pressured (which I really appreciated). Overall, the whole process was smooth and straightforward...

It ended up taking longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating. I was hoping for quicker turnaround, but overall it still got done. Just wish there was a better update along the way so I knew what was going on...

It does help some, I’ll give it that. The room feels a little quieter, and I noticed it more at night actually. But yeah, street noise still comes through, especially cars and random loud stuff outside. I was hoping it would block a bit more, but it’s not useless or anything...

I was glad the replacement parts were actually available, which felt like a small miracle. The only downside was the shipping took quite a while, felt like I was waiting half a lifetime for it to show up. But once it arrived, everything was fine.

I was comparing it in my kitchen under the regular overhead light, then again by the window because I always second-guess stuff like this, and it still wasn’t quite the same as I expected. Not terrible by any means, just a little off if you’re looking for an exact match

We had our new windows installed last week, and overall I’m happy with how it went. The crew did show up a little later than the time we were originally given, which was a bit annoying since I had already moved some furniture around that morning and was trying to keep the dog out of the way. But once they got started, they worked quickly and kept things clean. The trim looks good, and I haven’t noticed any drafts so far, which was the main thing I was worried about. One of the screens needed a small adjustment, but they took care of it before they left. Not a totally perfect experience, but definitely a solid install

I got my pella sliding door last month it’s been really nice. It opens so smoothly, like I can slide it with one hand even when I’m coming in with groceries and trying not to drop everything. The lock is easy too, not one of those annoying ones you have to jiggle or... you know. The screen slides well also, which I didn’t realize I’d care about as much as I do. My old door stuck pretty much every day, so this has been a huge upgrade. Definitely 5 stars from me.

I’ve had this for years now and haven’t run into any issues. It’s maybe not the most exciting thing to talk about, but that’s not really a bad thing, if anything, I’m just glad it’s been reliable and kept doing what it’s supposed to do.

The site looks clean, the pictures are clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to dig through a bunch of clutter to see the differences. I also liked that the design feels modern without being overdone. Overall, it was simple to browse and easy to focus on what I actually cared about

I had a really good experience with Pella.com, the biggest thing for me was how easy the communication was. Maybe I’m not the only one who gets stressed trying to coordinate house stuff, but I really appreciated not having to chase people down for updates.

They kept me in the loop the whole time, answered my questions clearly, and never made me feel silly for asking. That kind of thing makes such a difference, right? Everything was explained in a way that actually made sense, which I was really grateful for.
The follow-up was solid too, and it genuinely felt like they cared about making the process smooth. Overall, I felt taken care of and would definitely give them 5 stars

Some pages kept jumping around, and it took way more clicks than it should have to find basic information. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but it definitely got annoying after a while. Personally, I’d probably only use the site again if I really had to.
